The client portal's Performance page for the key's client: what works, exactly as the agency shares it in the portal. When the agency has not switched Performance on for this client, the answer is { "enabled": false, "message": "…" }.

  • results: real replies, positive, meetings, deals and deal value. Emails sent, new prospects and reply rates only when the agency shares sending volume.
  • campaigns (when the agency shares the campaign drill-down) and campaign_segments (market, role, size, sector … as labelled by the agency), each with reply_index: real replies per prospect compared with the client's own average over all campaigns (1.0 = average). It is the fairest way to compare campaigns or segments.
  • lead_segments: industry and the agency's own named lead fields (e.g. "Current email provider"), counted over the leads who replied: shares of the known replies, never a reply rate.
  • what_leads_say: why leads reply (wants a call, more information, price, fit) and why not yet (already has a solution, not now, no need, no budget, not the right person, asks to stop), from each lead's first real reply.

Counts are leads: each lead once, on its first real reply (no out-of-office, no spam). A rate below the minimum sample (50 prospects; 20 replies for lead segments) is left out and listed in too_little_data. Read-only.
