GET/v1/replies?status=queued

scope: replies.approve 0 credits

List pending drafts (from external agents or Corty) awaiting human approval. This is the queue endpoint partners use to build their own approve/reject UI.

reply.body in the queued response is automatically stripped of quoted reply threads. You receive only the prospect's own text.
