POST/v1/crm/leads/:id/notes
scope: crm.write 0 credits

Add a note ({ "text": "…" }, max 4000 characters). The author is the key name. Existing notes are never changed.

Requires a key locked to one client with crm.write granted explicitly, and the CRM API enabled for the account (otherwise 403 feature_not_enabled). Writes: max 60 per minute per key (429 crm_write_rate_limited). See CRM sync.
