/v1/crm/leads/:idUpdate CRM fields of an existing lead. Writable: phase, deal ({ value, currency } or null), next_action ({ date, note } or null). Anything else is refused with 400 field_not_writable. Unknown lead: 404 (leads are never created). Optional if_updated_at: 409 conflict when the lead changed since. The response has the updated lead and effects (followups_cancelled, followups_to_review).
Requires a key locked to one client with crm.write granted explicitly, and the CRM API enabled for the account (otherwise 403 feature_not_enabled). Writes: max 60 per minute per key (429 crm_write_rate_limited). See CRM sync.
