The conversation with one lead: only mails that were really sent or received, oldest first. Each message has direction (inbound / outbound), sent_at, from, subject and body_text (plain text, quoted history stripped, max 8,000 characters; truncated: true when cut). Campaign mails, replies and the mails SalesLobe sent are all included.

Never included: drafts, pending Corty proposals, planned follow-ups, notes, classification or reasoning. Out-of-office, spam and leads the client does not see in its portal answer 404. Read-only; every call is logged in the Decision Trail with the key name.

Requires a key locked to one client with crm.read granted explicitly, and the CRM API enabled for the account (otherwise 403 feature_not_enabled). See CRM sync.
