Get one lead. 404 when the lead does not exist or belongs to another client.

Requires a key locked to one client with crm.read granted explicitly, and the CRM API enabled for the account (otherwise 403 feature_not_enabled). Writes: max 60 per minute per key (429 crm_write_rate_limited). See CRM sync.
